These terms apply to all Pollz Studio monthly motion graphics partnerships (Basic, Standard and Premium).
Engagement
- All packages operate on a monthly retainer basis.
- Monthly fees are payable upfront.
- Production is scheduled according to an agreed monthly content plan.
- Each month’s requested videos are delivered within 2–4 weeks.
Revisions
- Basic and Standard partnerships include 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable; Premium includes 3.
- Revisions cover adjustments to the approved concept and direction.
- Major changes to an approved concept or brief may attract additional charges.
Production & Deliverables
- Deliverables are limited to the quantities and durations specified in each package.
- Social media adaptations are derived from existing approved videos and are not treated as new original productions.
- Premium product demo cutdowns are limited to 2 per month.
- Unused monthly production allocations do not automatically roll over.
- Additional deliverables and requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Exclusions
- Raw project and source files are not included in the monthly fee, but can be provided at an additional rate.
- Paid stock assets, third-party subscriptions, voiceover talent and other external production expenses may be quoted separately where required.
Partnership Renewal
- Partnerships are renewed monthly.
- Changes to the monthly production allocation or scope may require a revised retainer.
